How do you ensure my plants arrive in good condition?

We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the root ball and protect delicate foliage during transit. Every plant is inspected for health and hydrated before it leaves our nursery.

What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 14-day 'Freshness Guarantee'. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please send us a photo within 14 days and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you offer local delivery for large garden furniture?

Yes, we provide specialized two-man delivery for heavy garden furniture and large pots within a 30-mile radius of our centre. Standard courier rates apply for national deliveries.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your garden essentials every step of the way.

Are your outdoor plants covered by a warranty?

All our hardy perennial plants and shrubs come with a 2-year growth guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to thrive despite proper care, we will replace it free of charge.
